WRITING
FOR CLARITY TO UNLOCK YOUR NATURAL KNOWING!
For
many years now I have illustrated to people
that through personal writing they can
individually arrive at their own truths. Why
do I believe this is true? I consider this
to be an innate truth because I have
personally rediscovered myself, redefined my
life purpose and realigned with my wishes,
hopes and dreams through the process of
writing.
If this belief is true, one
might ask, "Then why doesn't everyone take
the time to slow down, to become quiet and
write?" This question is one aspect of my
work in this lifetime. It is why I have
taught, lectured and written for over 25
years about the art and joy of journal
keeping.
Have you every wished for a
crystal ball that would reveal the answers
to questions you posed? A medium that would
provide magical insights and information?
Within each of us we have the ability to tap
into our own answers, delve into our souls
and capture our own truths. It is through
our own writing and the trust of our own
answers that the answers we seek are
unveiled.
As I sat down to write this
section of my online newsletter, I first
wrote a list of questions that I know to be
important for journaling and the personal
journey the act of journaling commences.
Journaling begins a journey of fulfillment
as one dares to imagine and to truly live
true to themselves and realize they can and
will become the author of their life.
I encourage you to consider
the following questions and take time
reflecting and answering them honestly. Your
answers will give you the enlightenment to
take the steps to be among those who know,
embrace and practice living true to their
life’s journey through reflection,
listening, writing and capturing the
revealed learning.
I am willing to:
…Know my life purpose?
…Live true to myself?
…Keep my word to others and
myself?
…Live with clarity?
…Have clear intention?
…Accept that everything in my
life provides an opportunity to learn,
discover and define myself?
…Live each and every moment
fully?
…Change when change is
needed?
…Surround myself with people
who empower and inspire me?
…Live in the creative
process?
…Reach out for help,
assistance, and the information I need?
…Consistently and constantly
live with integrity?
…Choose the beliefs, habits
and values that are congruent to achieve my
ultimate potential?
…Practice and choose actions
that are good for all concerned?
…Examine, reexamine, and
write for insight and direction in order to
embrace and fulfill my destiny?
To really connect to one's
natural ability to know oneself, it is
important to be able to answer, "yes" to the
above questions. Journaling opens the door
to one's natural knowing, giving rise to
self-discovery and empowerment. There are
hundreds of creative journaling techniques
to help both the novice and the established
journaler, from tips to journaling circles
where journalers meet to share.
Commit to a life that
includes writing and journaling, you will
find it to be the vehicle that provides a
renewal of your authentic self and allows
you to live your life in joy and
celebration!

following journaling ideas and get to
know yourself, your life.
Journal for personal growth:
Have you ever said this to
yourself,
I wake up every morning with the feeling
that I am not living the life I want to be
living? If this
happens to be a feeling you have been
having, you might try writing about a time
in your past when you were experiencing the
feelings you want to have more of now.
Journal
to write one story at a time:
One of my favorite types of
stories, I like to add to my journal, is to
imagine a new life story I want to be
having. (I call this technique, fantasy
journaling. Remember the power of your
imagination is limitless! Possibility
thinking, dreaming, fantasy, and higher
self-wisdom have all been explored as
resources to tap into your inner knowing. Go
ahead have fun… at least try this technique
to go beyond where you may have never before
dreamed possible!)
Write To

dream tips to actively, make all your
wishes, hopes and dreams come true!
A daily practice:
Begin each day by asking
yourself this question: What is the greatest
contribution I can possibly make?
A shift:
Gandhi said, “You must be the change you
wish to see in the world.”
My invitation to you is to live
true to the person you want to be. An
affirmation to remind you of this notion
might be: I am the dreamer I want to be!
(Or…make up your own affirmation.)
Stretch:
Begin today to experience
yourself in a larger way. Think of something
that would be a real stretch for you to try
and write a statement in your dream
journal…and go do
it!
Write in your Dream Journal:
Make
a long list of ways to stretch and really
expand. Then read daily and begin checking
them off as you complete each entry.

Raising a
Dreamer

If you are reading this, you
likely have an interest in my theories. I am
passionate about the possibilities of every
man, woman, and child living true to their
dreams and their fullest potential! Can you
imagine a world in which every individual is
completely immersed in living his or her
dreams? A world in which people are
routinely encouraged to follow their inner
guidance and discover the unique purpose for
their life? A world where individuals are
appreciated and honored when they express
their creative talents and abilities? A
world that encourages and supports every
person to grow toward making a unique
contribution to society? Such a world
nurtures its children and provides a safe
and loving environment full of opportunities
for them to thrive and grow into all they
are meant to be. Peace is a natural
outcome of living in such a world.
Each monthly newsletter will
have a Q&A section designed to build our
understanding in this vital area. This
section will be devoted to assisting and
empowering every adult in the world to
encourage and inspire children, teenagers,
and young adults to trust that they can
follow their dreams. And by nurturing and
supporting their possibilities, they will
make their greatest contribution and fulfill
their destiny

The
first question I have for you is:
Were you raised to be a dreamer?
Do you want to find out more
about raising a dreamer? I do! I believe
that children are our future, and that some
of our most important work on this planet is
to provide them with the unconditional love
and acceptance, and the opportunities and
resources, that enable them to fully develop
their skills and realize their potential. I
invite you to participate with me in helping
this notion gather momentum and lay the
groundwork for a movement of millions to
leap from the vision into the reality!
So, if you would like to be a
part of my research, write to me and I’ll
send you a questionnaire so you can
contribute your ideas, questions, and input
to the new book I am writing, titled
Raising a Dreamer.
This is my vision, and I hope it is yours
too. Just click this link:

ask me to send my questionnaire.

Notice & Journal
Notice
When I Am Living According to My Wishes,
Hopes, and Dreams
“The only way
to discover the limits of the possible is to
go beyond them to the impossible.” Arthur
C. Clark
Becoming aware of when you are living
according to your wishes, hopes, and dreams
gives them shape, definition, and clarity.
As you declare your dream and dedicate
yourself to it, the other parts of your life
gradually begin to fall into place.
Ask yourself:
What is my biggest dream, now, at this
moment?
Where am I when I am living according to my
wishes, hopes, and dreams?
What conditions seem to bring about my
living in accordance with my wishes, hopes,
and dreams?
What am I doing when I am living according
to my wishes, hopes, and dreams?
What are the circumstances when I am living
according to my wishes, hopes, and dreams?
Who am I with when I am living according to
my wishes, hopes, and dreams?
What do these moments have in common?
Feedback Statement:
What do I notice the above responses saying
to me about moments when I live according to
my wishes, hopes, and dreams?
What conclusions can I draw?
What actions, if any, are suggested?
Remember
Focus on the moment. Let noticing and
journaling become a life long habit that
will richly sustain and support your
personal growth. Notice what brings you
inner peace and joy…and then repeat it!
Notice What
You Notice...And Keep Noticing
In Closing:
Sharing and
claiming what you say you want is vital to
living your dream in joy! Take time and
visit the Dream Circle and Journal Circle
pages and add your words.

To live your dream, you must
claim it. To claim your dream, you must
embrace it. To embrace your dream, you must
recognize it. To recognize your dream, you
must consciously look and find it. And…there
is no greater journey in the world than to
set off to discover one's own dream.
In joy, Joyce
